Daily Pay By Seat

$250 to $375Per day, per driver, by seat

Every figure is per driver, not split with a co-driver. Your recruiter walks you through the exact pay package for the seat you apply to before you fill out anything formal.

A note on how runs are named: a run takes its name from where the freight goes, not from where you live. The Denver to Salt Lake Run is an Albuquerque-based position. You start and end in Albuquerque. The Show Low run is the one exception where you must already live in town.

Four ways to run with us

Full Time

Team Driving

Two drivers, one truck, the highest mileage seats we have. Bring your own partner or let us pair you up. This is the Denver to Salt Lake run out of Albuquerque and the dedicated OTR seats out of Phoenix, home weekly for your reset.

Full Time

Solo Driving

Dedicated freight on your own. Right now that is the Show Low local run, 6 days a week for a driver who lives in Show Low, and single runs out of Albuquerque.

Flexible Schedule

Part-Time & Fill-In

Run as much or as little as fits your life. Cover open runs out of Phoenix, Prescott, Flagstaff, Camp Verde and Albuquerque as they come up. Open availability is a plus.

New To Trucking

Graduated from an accredited CDL school in the last 18 months? We reimburse your tuition, get you on dedicated lanes, and give you room to grow with a growing fleet.

What you need to qualify

Straight list, no surprises later in the process.

  • Valid Class A CDLCurrent and in good standing.
  • 21 years or olderFederal requirement for interstate driving.
  • Experience, or an accredited schoolExperienced seats: 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years (or 5 in the last 10). New-driver seats: graduated from an accredited CDL school within the last 18 months.
  • Doubles endorsementOr willing to obtain it.
  • Acceptable motor vehicle recordWe review your MVR as part of the hiring process.
  • Able to pass a DOT physical, background check and drug screenStandard for every seat.
  • Meet FMCSA English proficiency requirements and be legally authorized to work in the United StatesPer 49 CFR 391.11(b)(2). Work authorization is verified at onboarding.
  • Live within reach of a hubPhoenix, Prescott, Flagstaff or Camp Verde, AZ, or Albuquerque, NM. The Show Low run requires living in Show Low.

Before you fill anything out

You are running freight between fixed terminals rather than chasing individual customer stops. You pull in, drop, hook and go. It keeps the day predictable and it keeps you out of docks waiting on a lumper.
Yes. On a team seat, $375 a day means each driver earns $375 a day. It is not a team rate you split with your co-driver.
No. The freight is no-touch. Your job is moving the trailer safely and on schedule.
Dedicated team seats get you home every week for your reset. The Show Low run is local and runs 6 days a week from a Show Low home base. Part-time and fill-in seats run when you are available. Your recruiter will spell out the schedule for the specific seat you apply to.
Yes, if you graduated from an accredited CDL school within the last 18 months. Put your school name and graduation date on the form so your recruiter can confirm it, and ask about tuition reimbursement on the call.
Yes. It is a local run with a Show Low home base, so the driver needs to already live there. If you are outside Show Low, look at the Phoenix or Albuquerque seats instead.
Yes. If you have someone you already run with, apply and note it. If you do not, we can look at pairing you with another driver.
Still apply. We consider drivers who are willing to obtain the endorsement. Mark that on the form and your recruiter will walk you through it.
A recruiter reaches out to talk through the seat and answer your questions, then points you to the full application. From there we review your MVR, background and DOT requirements before an offer.
