Miles that actually pay

Dedicated lanes mean predictable weeks. You are not sitting on a load board hoping something turns up.

Average Weekly Pay

$1,200-$1,500Per week, after onboarding

Actual weekly pay depends on the run you are assigned, the miles available that week, and whether you are seated solo or on a team. Your recruiter will walk you through the pay package for the specific seat you are applying to.

Dedicated Lanes

Hub-to-hub routes that repeat, so you know the road and the schedule before you roll.

Health, Vision & Dental

Benefits available for full-time drivers. Your recruiter covers eligibility and effective dates.

No-Touch Freight

Drop and hook. You are moving trailers, not unloading them.

Home Weekends

The weekly run leaves Tuesday morning and gets you back Saturday morning.

A note on how runs are named: a run takes its name from where the freight goes, not from where you live. The Portland Run and the Bakersfield Run are both Phoenix-based positions. You start and end in Phoenix.

Full Time

Team Driving

Two drivers, one truck, the highest mileage seats we have. Bring your own partner or let us pair you up. This is where the Portland and Bakersfield runs sit.

Full Time

Solo Driving

Dedicated hub-to-hub freight on your own, working the Phoenix and Albuquerque network with a set weekly schedule.

Flexible Schedule

Part-Time & Fill-In

Run as much or as little as fits your life. Ideal if you want to stay behind the wheel without a full-time commitment, or need to work around another schedule.

What you need to qualify

Straight list, no surprises later in the process.

  • Valid Class A CDLCurrent and in good standing.
  • 21 years or olderFederal requirement for interstate driving.
  • Acceptable motor vehicle recordWe review your MVR as part of the hiring process.
  • Doubles & Triples endorsementOr willing to obtain it.
  • Able to pass a DOT physical, background check and drug screenStandard for every seat.
  • Meet FMCSA English proficiency requirementsPer 49 CFR 391.11(b)(2).
  • Legally authorized to work in the United StatesVerified at onboarding.
  • Live within reach of a hubPhoenix or Prescott, AZ, or Albuquerque, NM.

06 / Questions

Before you fill anything out

You are running freight between fixed terminals rather than chasing individual customer stops. You pull in, drop, hook and go. It keeps the day predictable and it keeps you out of docks waiting on a lumper.
No. The freight is no-touch. Your job is moving the trailer safely and on schedule.
On the weekly dedicated run you leave Tuesday morning and are back Saturday morning, which gives you your weekends at home. Home time on solo and part-time seats varies by the run you are assigned, so ask your recruiter about the specific seat.
Yes. If you have someone you already run with, apply and note it. If you do not, we can look at pairing you with another driver.
Still apply. We consider drivers who are willing to obtain the endorsement. Mark that on the form and your recruiter will walk you through it.
A recruiter reaches out to talk through the seat and answer your questions, then points you to the full application. From there we review your MVR, background and DOT requirements before an offer.
